Jennifer M Brookins, MBA

Jennifer M. Brookins serves as Vice Chair of Administration for the University of Florida Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. She oversees the department’s administrative and clinical operations, including practice management, financial planning, revenue cycle, faculty and staff support, and strategic initiatives across its clinical sites.

Jen works closely with department leadership, faculty, and staff to improve patient access, support the department’s clinical, education, and research missions, and build processes that help teams do their best work. She is particularly committed to transparent communication and helping clinicians understand the operational and financial information that informs decisions.
